Service Pricing

Thank you for considering Deal Installations and Maintenance Ltd for your plumbing, carpentry, kitchen and bathroom fitting, multi-trade, tiling, plastering, painting, and decorating needs

Kitchen and Bathroom fitting services will be quoted as fixed price works, first hour will be charged as Multitrade hour and  it will be refunded if the quotation will be accepted.

  • Assessment hours are chargeable
  • Insurance quotations / reports are chargeable

All estimates are chargeable and they will be deducted if the quotations are accepted.

Property Maintenance – Day Shift

8am - 5pm Plumbing £100/hour + VAT
8am - 5pm Carpentry £85/hour + VAT
8am - 5pm Tiling £85/hour + VAT
8am - 5pm Plastering & Painting £85/hour + VAT
8am - 5pm Multitrade £90/hour + VAT

Property Maintenance – Night Shift

5pm - 7am Plumbing £130/hour + VAT
5pm - 7am Carpentry £115/hour + VAT
5pm - 7am Tiling £115/hour + VAT
5pm - 7am Plastering & Painting £100/hour + VAT
5pm - 7am Multitrade £120/hour + VAT

What Is Included?

Plumbing

Leaks, taps and valves, shower mixers, cartridges, radiators, toilets, basins, baths, shower enclosures, appliances, toilet flushing, toilet cisterns, shower pumps, kitchen and bathroom installation.

Carpentry

Wood flooring, door installation, furniture assembling, window repair and replacement, sash windows repairing, door repairing, locks, skirting and architraves, kitchen fitting, loft boarding, stud walls, ceilings, plasterboard installations, internal cladding.

Multitrade

Integrated appliances (require plumbing and carpentry), shower valves repair or replacements require tiler, plumber and carpenter, kitchen fitting and bathroom fitting.
